Healthland understands how critical user education, training, and acceptance are to the success of a new system. So we go beyond simple application training.

During implementation, our specialists will work diligently with your staff to understand their work environments and processes, overcome obstacles to effective system use, and ensure that they become proficient users. This training is customized according to your organization’s needs and is conducted onsite in classroom, small-group, and one-on-one formats.

Thereafter, whenever users are new to your facility, changing positions, or simply want to learn more about an application, Healthland offers a variety of training options:

• Classroom Training This instructor-led training can be conducted at our offices or onsite at your facility.
• Web-Based Training Convenient, real-time, interactive training sessions are led by experienced Healthland instructors.
• Web-Based Tutorials These Internet-accessible tutorials introduce users to Healthland applications and allow them to learn at their own pace.

All training courses are developed and conducted by experienced professionals with expert knowledge of the Healthland solutions. The standard classroom and web-based training courses are offered at scheduled intervals. However, customers can request additional customized training sessions at a time most convenient for them.
