Learn how the certified Healthland EHR makes the attestation quick and simple to complete.
Post-attestation instructions for Critical Access hospitals:
Once your attestation has been “locked for payment” you will need to submit your EHR cost information to your Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC). You do this by contacting the provider audit department at your MAC and notify them that you have submitted your attestation of Meaningful Use and that you are ready to submit supporting documentation for your EHR costs. At this time you will also want to provide your MAC with Medicare Advantage and Charity Care (Worksheet S10) data for your last filed cost report. Providing this data will result in a higher initial payment.
STEP 5 – Get Paid!
Once CMS has reviewed your attestation (15-45 days) and validated your achievement, payment will be issued (allow 4-6 weeks for delivery).
