Healthland Demonstrates Commitment to Small Community Hospitals with Appointment of New Vice President of Client Experience

Julie Weber-Kramer appointed to lead and improve client experiences across entire client relationship 

GLENWOOD, Minn., January 20, 2010 - Healthland, America's market leader of healthcare information solutions for small community and critical access hospitals, announced today the appointment of Julie Weber-Kramer to the role of vice president of client experience. In this role, Weber-Kramer will be responsible for the Healthland client experience across the entire client relationship, from initial contact with a prospect, to implementation and on-going client support. Her position is effective immediately.

Weber-Kramer most recently worked as a professor of management at the G.R. Herberger College of Business, St. Cloud State University. She also served as an independent consultant in the areas of customer experience, service operations, program management and leadership development. Weber-Kramer has held leadership positions at several Twin Cities-based companies including: Medtronic, Deluxe Corporation and Carlson Companies. In her new Healthland role, Weber-Kramer will partner closely with leaders across the company to ensure the best in client care for its impressive base of small community hospitals across the United States.

Weber-Kramer holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minn. and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
