Client Care Analysts
You’ll be on the front line with customers (both internal and external) as you handle support calls on specific software applications. You’ll research, troubleshoot, document, test and resolve a wide range of challenging questions. Professionalism, excellent communications skills and a positive attitude are the keys to be success in this role.
