Q: What is the business outlook for the company?

A: Healthland employees happen to be in one of the fastest growing fields available today. The work we do and the skills you gain will be in demand well into the future. Our company has enjoyed double-digit revenue and profitability growth for the past several years. In addition, mandated changes by the federal government—including the purchase of electronic health records (EHRs) by all hospitals in the country—are driving significant activity in the marketplace. And as the leader in the rural hospital market, our company is well-positioned for long-term success.

Q: What does it feel like to be part of the Healthland team?

A: What we do each day is important. It’s also very personal. Our products and services help small hospitals provide high-quality, safe healthcare to people they know: family, friends, and fellow citizens in their communities. Just as they dedicate themselves to making their community healthier and safer, we apply the same passion and commitment to our work at Healthland. We stand up for those who keep rural America healthy. And by standing up for one another at the same time, we can keep our promise to deliver the best experience in the industry to all of our clients.
